  • Raw water from borewell, is used as feed water for DM plant.
  • The free chlorine levels of the feed water are maintained in the range of 0.5 to 2 ppm to take care of microbial counts.

All interconnection points are SS316 duly electropolished 1 1'2' size. Triclover fittings are used for connecting the pipes, Argon welding is used and duly polished. EPDM gaskets are used for avoiding leaks and multiport valves used for operation.

The manufacturing area and dispensing is electrified with flameproof wiring and fittings.

CMD250 KVA with 100 percent power back up with generators of total 410 KVA.

Clean Air System
The dispensing, manufacturing and packing areas are provided with clean filtered air (5 micron and 0.3 micron) with differential pressures concept and with independent AHUs, dehumidifiers and air conditioners which ever required.

Two oil fired Thermax boilers of 600 Kgs per hour capacity with water softener. 

Air Compressors
3 Nos one with 150 cfm and two with 35cfm capacity with receivers and refrigerated air dyers with all necessary fittings and gauges.

Chilling plant
With 50 TR capacity along with the cooling tower to give chilled water upto 40C

Vacuum Pump
Water seal high vacuum pump.

AIR Handling Unit
Liquid manufacturing area and dispensing area in warehouse are provided with independent air handling system and meets the requirements of "Class 1,00,000" Grade D area.

All the other working areas of liquid orals Line I (filling, packing and bottle washing)

Line II (filling, packing and bottle washing) and also central corridor are supplied with 5 micron filtered air provided by a separate air handling system.
